A StageCUE License grants you the right to use StageCUE software in accordance with the selected license type.
After installing StageCUE, the software generates a special License Request File linked to your computer. When placing an order, you need to upload this file and provide the details of the individual or organization for whom the license will be issued.
After payment, your order will be processed. Once your license is ready, the license file will be uploaded to your account and a notification will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
How to Get Your License
- Install StageCUE on the computer where you intend to use it.
- Generate a License Request File in StageCUE.
- Upload the generated file during checkout.
- Enter the license holder’s details — either an individual or an organization.
- Complete the payment.
- You will receive an email notification when your license is ready.
- Download the license file from My Account → My Licenses.
- Load the license file into StageCUE.
Important
The license is generated based on the License Request File created directly by StageCUE.
Before placing your order, make sure the request file was generated on the same computer where StageCUE will be used.
Your completed license will be stored in your account and will remain available for future downloads.
A PDF document containing the license holder’s details and information about the purchased license may also be available in your account.
